Durable and Versatile Cutterbar

The DC3 series disc mower conditioners have a cutterbar designed for durability and maximized profit. Featuring a modular design, simplified drive system, quick-change knives and counter-rotating discs and a 3-Year Warranty.

Designed to Keep Going

Modular Design

The fully encased modules provide superior hillside lubrication compared to competitive systems. This system contains any failure internally within a module as there is no free-flowing oil between each.

Shock Protection

Each module is protected from damage by an external shear hub located under the disc and on top of the module. The hub is designed to take the damage from a severe impact. Repair is fast and convenient by simply removing a few bolts and replacing the hub. There is no need to open the module exposing the lubricants to chaff and debris.

3-Year Warranty

All DC3 mower conditioner cutterbars are backed by a three-year warranty. This warranty covers all internal drive components.

Added Durability

A simplified drive system with fewer parts and larger gears, bearings and interconnecting shafts creates added durability in the DC3 disc mower conditioners.

Quick-Change Knives

For the ultimate in convenience, all DC3 mower conditioners are equipped with quick-change knives. Simply use the provided tool to change knives in seconds. Spend more time mowing and less time with maintenance.

Knife Options

Every field and every cutting has its own challenges. To fine tune your cut, several knife options are available to meet any condition. Options include various degrees of twist, serrations and a knife for rocky fields.

Cutterbar Tilt

All DC3 mower conditioners include hydraulic cutterbar tilt. Make changes to your cutting height without tools by simply repositioning a pin in the cylinder. As the tilt is built into the lift circuit an additional hydraulic remotes is not needed. DC3 mower conditioners require only two remotes on the tractor to operate.

The low-profile cutterbar with wide discs cut closer and cleaner to encourage faster crop regrowth.

Counter-Rotating Discs

More counter-rotating discs provide efficient crop feeding into the conditioners.

Efficient Crop Flow

The design of the cutterbar allows for reduced crop travel between cutterbar and conditioners, minimizing plugging. The driveshaft is on the left end only, for reduced clutter and cost.

Co-Rotating Disc Eliminated

The larger diameter discs allows for the elimination of co-rotating discs on the 13' models and allowing for only one set on the 16' models.

Easy Access to the Cutterbar for More Productivty

The Case IH Disc Mower Conditioners cutterbars are easily accessible for adjustments or repairs. Either bi-fold doors or a single-piece hood offers full access.
