2025 Case IH 4400 Series Corn Heads 4412F

Case IH 6 to 18 row corn heads – available in narrow or folding configurations - provide increased corn harvesting speeds and consistent chop lengths to help increase productivity without sacrificing chop quality. Always made in America.

Designed for Efficiency and Durability

Case IH Corn Heads are designed to pick cleaner, harvest faster, grab more down corn and save more grain. The corn heads incorporate the latest innovations in harvest technology, with features that maximize your time in the field and minimize your yield loss.

Features may include:

New for 2024

The all-new C500 Series Corn head has been redesigned from the ground up to match the capacity and power of today’s larger combines. You need a header that can move through your fields with ease, handle demanding harvest conditions, and provide exceptional durability. That’s what the C500 Series Corn head delivers.

This new corn head is both lighter and higher-capacity than previous models and is compatible with all Axial-Flow and AF series combines.

Capacity
  • With the largest infeed auger in the industry and improved row unit design, overall capacity has been increased.
Weight
  • Engineering advancements have reduced weight by more than 100 pounds per row without sacrificing durability.
  • Overall header weight has been reduced by nearly 1,000 pounds compared to previous models.

    • Less weight provides a better center of the header and combine with reduced weight at the front on the combine.
    Durability
    • Driveline maintenance requirements have been reduced.
    • Gearboxes replace chain drives, improving durability and performance and reducing maintenance intervals.
    • Row unit and chopper drivelines are independent, providing individual overload protection for both the chopper and row unit drives.
    Productivity
    • Header mounted sensors provide in-cab slip detection, immediately notifying the operator.
    • Powered end-divider augers ensure optimum productivity in even the most challenging conditions.
    • Tall-corn attachments are available.
    • Dual self-adjusting hydraulic deck plates-Two methods of adjustment allow for easy fine-tuning as field conditions change: in-cab operator adjustment to meet overall crop conditions, and automatic micro adjustments for changing field conditions.
    Design

    Harvest More Acres Per Day

Case IH corn heads are designed for the stress of high speed harvesting and heavy crop loads, with a heavy-duty mainframe, patented corn saver louvers, improved row unit design and high capacity gathering chain for productivity.

    Maximize Corn Harvest

Case IH corn heads Increase grain savings with:

    • Divider/snout profile that allows for the maximum corn to be harvested without interfering with crop flow.
    • Heavy-duty, double-walled poly construction provides superior durability.
    • Dividers that are designed to lift down corn and present to the gathering chains.
    • Gas strut assist that allows dividers to be opened with one hand.
    • Tall corn attachment prevents loss or corn ears over the ends of heads.
    Row Units

    The Ultimate Stalk Processing Technology

The large diameter pinching point stalk rolls provide the ultimate in stalk processing, while the high-capacity, heavy-duty gathering chains supply superior crop feeding. Improved row unit divider sealing reduces grain loss from gathering chains. Large stalk rolls for increased stalk processing performance and longer stalk roll knives for wider operating ranges.
